Are you eating your GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLES ? They are one of the most nutritious foods you can treat your body with. I personally love LACINATO KALE (also called Dinosaur Kale). I cook it in my Instant Pot, on high for 0 minute, super easy! You can also steam it in a steaming basket.

It is recommended to eat 2 servings of greens per day. Some great choices are kale, bok choy, Swiss chard, spinach and arugula. (And up to 6 servings if you suffer from heart disease, yes it can help, it's that powerful - studies confirm it!) I love my kale as a snack or as a side with any meal, even breakfast

Let's try this today, what about we shift our mindsets and make a habit of eating greens every day, not as a PUNISHMENT for what you ate/drank the previous day/because you did not exercise enough/because you're dieting but as a CELEBRATION of every cell in your body and to keep that great body of yours HEALTHY and highly FUNCTIONAL for many years to come!
