Good health starts in our plate!

Here is a Plant-Based menu for a day: Breakfast: steel cut oatmeal cooked in the Instant Pot with apples, blueberries, cinnamon and vanilla, mixed with flax seeds and topped with bananas, strawberries, hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds.

Lunch: Big salad bowl with mixed green leaves, purple cabbage, black beans, yellow pepper, quinoa, broccoli sprouts, sweet potato and a Lemon Tahini dressing

Snack: banana muffin, apple

Dinner: "Mac and Trees", so much better for you than the traditional "Mac and Cheese"! Whole wheat pasta topped with broccoli and a sauce made with cashews, carrots, potatoes, onions, apple cider vinegar, nutritional yeast and miso paste. So yummy without the saturated fat found in dairy!
