Another way to ingest a large amount of greens leafy veggies is by JUICING them. Over a year ago, I invested in a OMEGA juicer and that was the beginning of a love story !
I like to make a green juice and drink it in the morning, before eating anything else. I use curly kale, cucumber, celery, ginger, an orange, an apple and a lemon. Sometimes I get some variety and add beetroots or carrots for different nutrients and colours . Full of nutrition and kids + teens approved!

You can use the pulp in muffins or soup so you don't waste the precious fibres - or at least compost it and use on your garden later.
