A few years ago, I considered cooking a chore. A necessity, yes, but a waste of my precious time as a busy mom.
Now that I am Plant-Based, I realized that I look forward to my time in the kitchen. It is where I relax and experiment, surrounded by colors and vibrant foods.
I now even spend time reading cookbooks and magazines! Imagine that!
I am now totally in love with learning how to make new recipes with plants, knowing it’s working so well for my waistline, my health and my family.
